About Bali Villa Cleaning
A cleaning company built around the two people who worry most about a Bali villa: the host who is not there, and the guest who arrives at 2 pm.
How we started
Bali Villa Cleaning began in 2021 with three cleaners, one scooter and a handful of Canggu rental villas whose owners lived in Australia and Singapore. The problem was always the same: a turnover done "somehow" between check-out and check-in, no photos, no checklist, and a review a week later mentioning hair in the shower. We built the company around fixing exactly that — a written checklist for every room, a supervisor who signs off deep cleans, and a WhatsApp report with photos before the next guest walks in.
Who does the cleaning
Our cleaners are Balinese and Javanese staff employed by us, not day labour picked up per job. Each new team member trains for two weeks alongside a senior cleaner on bathrooms, kitchens, linen handling and the small things guests notice — smeared glass, dusty fan blades, sand under the sofa. Teams of two to four handle regular cleans; deep cleans and post-construction jobs get a supervisor on site.
What we clean with
Bali's humidity and hard water are rough on surfaces. We use biodegradable, low-fragrance products for daily cleaning, dedicated descalers for glass and taps, and enzyme cleaners for outdoor furniture and pool decks. Bleach and abrasive pads stay in the van unless a job specifically needs them and you have agreed to it.
How booking works
- Send your villa address, the number of bedrooms and the type of clean on WhatsApp.
- We confirm a fixed price and a two-hour arrival window — usually the same day for regular cleans.
- The team arrives with everything needed, works through the checklist and sends photos when done.
- You pay after the clean, per visit or on a monthly invoice for regular schedules.

Daily routes run through Seminyak, Canggu, Berawa, Kuta, Legian, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Uluwatu and Ubud. See the areas page for details or browse all cleaning services and current prices.
